For the FINAL reservation of the appointment, it is necessary: payment of 30% advance payment of the entire value of the offer within three (3) days of receiving the confirmation message, but not less than \u20ac100, submission of a copy of the personal document of the person who will be the holder of the reservation, and a telephone number to contact you.<\/span><\/p>

The reservation can be canceled free of charge 15 or more days before the expected arrival.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellation of the reservation up to 15 days before the expected arrival is charged in the amount of the deposit (30% of the reservation amount).<\/span><\/p>

Cancellation less than 72 hours before the expected arrival is charged in the amount of 50% of the reservation amount.<\/span><\/p>

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, or if you are not there without prior notice ("no show"), or earlier departure, 100 % will be charged for the amount of the reservation. We will charge your credit card or issue an invoice for the amount.<\/span><\/p>

All prices include breakfast, as well as bed linen, towels and cleaning before arrival and upon departure. Tourist tax (\u20ac2.00\/night\/person) is not included in the price.<\/span><\/p>

Check-in to the room is possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00. Arrival after 22:00 will be charged additionally as "late arrival".<\/span><\/p>

If you may already know the approximate time of your arrival, it will be very helpful if you tell us.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

ATTENTION: <\/span>Payment with tourist vouchers when booking via booking.com is not possible.<\/b> When paying with a tourist voucher, you must have all the necessary forms (at least form no. 1!) and copies of documents with you. The advance payment is calculated at the end and is returned in full or as a balance in the form of a transfer to your TRR up to 7 working days after your departure.<\/span><\/p>

Upon arrival, please drive to the driveway, in front of the main entrance, where we will welcome you and tell you where the parking lots are. YOU SHOULD NEVER PARK IN FRONT OF OR AROUND THE NEIGHBORING BUILDING.<\/span><\/p>

A reservation for less than three nights is NOT POSSIBLE if the day of arrival is on a Friday or Saturday. (Valid for the period from 15.6. to 15.9.
